Support: FTP upload areas
When your service involves search indexes, search sites
or auto-classification on proprietary non-web content, you
will be uploading your data to ftp.eidetica.com using
your client guest account. Some hints about these areas:

When logging in on ftp.eidetica.com, you are immediately
taken to your private upload area.

Files you upload will typically be "picked up" by our ftp-monitor
within five to fifteen minutes for processing, which mostly
starts immediately after pick-up.

After having been "picked up" the files are immediately removed from the upload area.
You can view which files where picked up when on your support page.
