Is hosting prone to security problems?
Whether your organization is small and consists of unsupervised private
workstations, or your organization is large and intranet web servers are
spread over your worldwide network, data is always safer on the servers
of a hosting organization or Application Server Provider.
How do I protect our information from being "shared" to an
undesirable extent?
Eidetica's management software classifies incoming information by its
access rights and delivers only the information a user is "allowed to see".
This applies to text, relations or even single words or phrases your
organization is not willing to share.
A "scrambler" module can make sure that, when you are capable of
"delivering" the actual content to your employees' web browsers to a local
module connected to Eidetica through a secure line, Eidetica only knows the
words and phrases in your content by "number", not the content itself.
